ROUND 2 – Submission Details

Round 2 requires you to submit a concise presentation outlining your topic, along with a self-recorded video (5-10 minutes) demonstrating how you present and engage your audience. The details in video submission aren’t our focus right now; we’re looking to understand the flow of your topic and your presentation style. The video will assist our jury in evaluating your approach.

 
Round 2 – Key dates
Start Date for Presentation and Video Submission: 7th February 2025 
Deadline for Submission: 13th February 2025 
Round 2 Selection Notification: 17th 20th February 2025
Please note: Following the submission of your presentations and videos in Round 2, our jury may invite you for a video interview if necessary. These interviews will help us finalize the best speakers for the conference.
Steps for submitting your proposal

You can submit your proposals for two formats.

Speaker Spotlight

Step into the spotlight at the AI Test Fest!  Each session at #ATAITESTFEST is designed to feature one main speaker and, optionally, a co-speaker. This setup allows us to maintain the essence of each presentation, ensuring every voice is heard and each idea is shared effectively. Can’t wait to see the magic you’ll bring to our event!”

Apart from participating in this wonderful conference as a speaker and showcasing your talent at the global stage, as a speaker you would be entitled to following wonderful benefits.

Full conference pass: Primary Speaker and co-speaker (max 1) shall be granted a free entrance ticket to the conference.

Certificate and Speaker Trophies:  All speakers (Primary speaker and Co-speaker(max 1)) will be given Speaker Trophies and certificates

Video Interviews: All selected sessions and demo speakers who would be presenting in the conference, would be video interviewed, showcased and spot lighted on social media

Speaker badges: Each speaker will get a speaker badge that they can showcase on social media.
