Ticket Cancellations

• Cancellation Deadlines:

  • 30 Days in Advance: Tickets cancelled 30 days prior to the event will be eligible for an 80% refund of the ticket price.
  • Less than 30 Days in Advance: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 30 days before the event.

• How to Cancel:
  To cancel your ticket, please contact us at atasupport@agiletestingalliance.org with your full name, ticket number, and reason for cancellation.

Ticket Transfers

• Transfer Deadline:
  Tickets can be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the event.

• How to Transfer:
  To transfer your ticket, please email us at atasupport@agiletestingalliance.org with the following details:

  • Your full name and ticket number
  • Full name, email address, and contact number of the person receiving the ticket

• All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the cancellation request is approved.
• A transferred ticket grants the same access and privileges as the original ticket.
