With 19+ years of experience in the IT industry, Biswajeet has expertise in healthcare IT Testing ,test automation, project management, and CI/CD. He has been instrumental in enhancing mobile and web applications, as well as AI-driven enterprise search, positively impacting millions of users across the U.S. and worldwide. His leadership in quality engineering and stakeholder management has significantly enhanced customer experience, optimized system efficiency, and elevated healthcare applications.
Biswajeet has extensive onshore experience in the U.S., spearheading end-to-end application migration and enhancement initiatives. He has also been instrumental in mentoring teams and managing test ensuring quality & compliance in large-scale healthcare IT applications.

Biswajeet has earned multiple certifications, including DevOps, ISTQB, AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure), and PAHM. Before joining Optum, he worked with Coral Telecom and VARINDIA in the Telecom and Media domain.

Biswajeet holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
